Lenton Chamber Furnace

This oven is programmable to allow different profiles, with ramp rates and dwell times, etc. The use of the retort allows heating to be performed under a controlled gaseous atmosphere, e.g. hydrogen.

Environmental Testing

Thermotron SE600
600l capacity
Temperature range - -70 to +180ºC +/- 3ºC
10 – 98% Relative Humidity (dependant on temperature)
Used for temperature/ humidity tests and thermal cycling. Can be used as a very large oven.

Thermotron SE300
300l capacity
Temperature range - -70 to +180ºC +/- 3ºC
This oven has a LN2 boost for achieving thermal shock, but it has never been tested and we don’t have the equipment necessary to hook it up.

Anatech Event Detectors
We have four units which can monitor up to 256 channels each. These are generally used in conjunction with a daisy chained trial board to monitor when banks of particular components fall over.

ESPEC PR-2KP
225l capacity
Temperature range - -20 to +100ºC
20 to 98% Relative Humidity
Used for temperature/ humidity tests and thermal cycling. Principal use is for SIR testing.
