The CM11 contaminometer measures ionic contamination levels on electronic components, circuit boards and assemblies. Ionic contaminants create electro-chemical reactions in the form of dendrites and shorten circuit life. The CM11 is used to monitor and control the manufacturing process from harmful ionic species. |
