Full Test requires enough samples to allow 96 inspection under optical microscopy and 18 under SEM for each condition used.

Preconditioning can be carried out if required – Cost to be advised, depending on which (if any) is required.

There are three conditions – Thermal cycling, temperature and humidity and High temperature and humidity.

Class 1 & 2 products – 1500 cycles
4 inspections (0, 500, 1000 & 1500 cycles)

3 inspections (0, 500 & 1000 cycles)

Class 1 & 2 products – 4000 hours
5 inspections (0, 1k, 2k, 3k & 4k hours)
